A lot, and the prices are published so you can plan against them. Our public rate card runs from a 25-piece Small Run up through 1,000-plus, and the per-patch number keeps falling at every tier. On top of that, standing wholesale accounts take a further 5% to 12% off those published prices depending on annual volume. The larger the run and the deeper the relationship, the lower the unit cost.

The minimum is 25 pieces per design, our Small Run tier. It carries a modest per-piece premium because the setup is the same whether you order 25 or 500. At 50 you hit Best Value pricing, and per-piece keeps dropping from there as quantity climbs. The minimum is per design rather than per order, so each design in a mixed order has to clear 25 on its own.

It starts from the same approved design, and that is the point of wholesaling with us. On your first approval we lock the Pantone thread codes, the finished dimensions, and the digitized stitch file into a permanent design record. Every reorder starts from that record, made to the same approved specs, with no fresh setup. Thread and fabric lots can vary slightly between runs, and every run is quality checked before it ships.

Bulk Production runs about two weeks for embroidered and woven patches, or three weeks for PVC, measured from the day you approve your Production Proof. Add 7 to 14 days for delivery, which is free within the US. Before that you get a free Digital Mockup within 24 hours with unlimited revisions, then your Production Proof, one actual finished patch photographed for you, approximately a week later. Nothing is mass produced until you approve that, so the approval stages are the part most within your control.

A deposit starts the order and unlocks the mockup and digitizing. Once you approve the proof, the balance is invoiced, and production begins after it is paid in full. Digitizing is free on every order and there are no setup fees, so the price you see on the rate card is the price you pay. Approved wholesale accounts can move to Net-30 terms as the relationship grows.

Yes, and resellers and uniform programs do it constantly. Each design is its own line and clears the 25-piece minimum on its own, with free digitizing on each. Every design gets its own locked record, so each one reorders from its own approved record later. We can hold those designs in one managed catalog and reproduce any of them on demand.
