Before you price it.

How does the patch price calculator work?+

Choose a size, a patch type, a backing and a quantity (plus thread coverage for embroidered and woven), and it shows your delivered price per patch and your order total. That is the price you pay: artwork setup, your Digital Mockup, your Production Proof and free US shipping are included, with no setup fees.

What is the minimum order?+

25 pieces per design, our Small Run tier. At 50 pieces you reach Best Value pricing, and the price per patch keeps dropping as the quantity climbs.

What do I pay up front?+

A 25% deposit starts your order (50% under 50 pieces). The balance is due after you approve your Production Proof, and the rest of your order is made only once it is paid.

How long will my order take?+

Approximately 4 to 5 weeks from order to your door for embroidered and woven patches, and 5 to 6 weeks for PVC, with prompt approvals. Need it sooner? Contact us about rush availability.

Can I price a jacket back patch, name tags or a larger size?+

Jacket back patches up to 7 by 7 inches price instantly in the calculator, in any custom shape. Name tags, specialty finishes and sizes over 7 inches are quoted by hand: send your artwork with the custom quote request on this page and we reply within 4 hours.
