The rest, delivered
Once your balance is paid we make the rest: about two weeks for embroidered and woven, three for PVC. Then 7 to 14 days of tracked air shipping.

What is the minimum order for custom patches?+
Twenty-five pieces, our Small Run tier. At fifty you unlock Best Value pricing, and the per-piece cost keeps dropping from there. A Small Run costs a little more per patch because the setup is the same whether you order 25 or 500. The calculator prices runs from 25 up to thousands instantly.
Will I see my patch before it goes into production?+
Yes, in two separate stages. First, a free Digital Mockup within 24 hours, with unlimited mockup revisions, so you can check the design. Then, once you approve the mockup, we make one real patch and send you photos of it: that is your Production Proof. We make the rest of your order only after you approve that proof, and we never auto-approve a design. Reorders of a design you have already approved can skip the proof round.
How long does an order take?+
Approximately 4 to 5 weeks from order to your door for embroidered and woven patches, and 5 to 6 weeks for PVC, with prompt approvals. The sequence is: a free Digital Mockup within 24 hours with unlimited mockup revisions, then your Production Proof, an actual finished patch we make and photograph for you. Once you approve that, Bulk Production runs about two weeks for embroidered and woven and three for PVC, then shipping takes 7 to 14 days with live tracking. Because each stage waits on your approval, the total depends on how quickly those come back. Have a deadline? Let us know and we'll confirm what's possible. If a date cannot realistically be met even with priority production and expedited shipping, we tell you the earliest date we can rather than skipping a proof or a quality check to chase it.
What backings can I choose?+
Standard sew-on is included. Velcro (hook and loop) adds $0.55 per patch, and iron-on adds $0.15 on embroidered and woven patches. PVC patches come with sew-on or velcro backing. Our backing guide walks through which one fits your use.
What artwork do you need from me?+
Anything from a polished vector file to a rough sketch or a photo of an existing patch. Our team recreates it either way, and the mockup shows you exactly what we will make.
Will my reorders match the first batch?+
Reorders are made from the design record we save when you approve your Production Proof: the approved design, production file, color specs, size, shape, backing and border. A reorder starts from that record, so you don't go through setup again and can usually skip the proof round.
