Every order ships with tracking.
International orders and duties
When an order is shipped internationally, we generally use DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) service, meaning applicable import duties and customs clearance charges are handled as part of the shipment unless otherwise stated on your order.
Delivery estimates
Delivery dates and transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Panther Patch is not responsible for delivery delays caused by customs clearance, government inspections, carrier delays or disruptions, weather, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Lost or damaged shipments
Panther Patch remains responsible for your order until it is delivered. If a shipment is confirmed lost or damaged in transit, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution.
Event dates and rush orders
If you have a specific event or required delivery date, please let us know before ordering. Rush production or expedited shipping does not guarantee delivery by a specific date unless Panther Patch expressly confirms a guaranteed delivery date in writing. Customs clearance, carrier delays, weather, government inspections, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may still affect delivery.
