Thread color chart
A look at the embroidery thread colors we stitch with, grouped by family. 60 shades to browse, and far more we can match. Pick what is close, then we lock the exact color to a Pantone code on your proof.
These swatches are on-screen approximations of physical thread. Before we produce anything, every color is matched to a precise Pantone (PMS) code and confirmed with you on a free proof. Nothing is stitched from a screen color, and reorders come out identical because the exact codes stay on file.

Thread color questions
How accurate are the colors on this chart?+
Treat them as a close guide, not an exact match. Every screen renders color a little differently, so the swatches here are approximations of the physical thread. Before we produce anything, we lock your exact color to a Pantone (PMS) code and show it to you on a proof, so what you approve is what you receive.
Can you match a specific Pantone (PMS) color?+
Yes. Pantone matching is standard on every order at no extra cost. Send us your PMS code or your artwork and we will match the thread to it, then confirm the codes on your proof. This is the mechanical basis of our Exact-Match Guarantee: reorders come out identical because the exact codes are on file.
What if my brand color is not shown here?+
This chart is a representative palette, not the full range. We can match almost any color, including precise brand and Pantone shades that are not pictured. Just tell us the PMS code or attach your logo with the quote and we will handle the match.
Do embroidered and woven patches use the same colors?+
The available colors are effectively the same, and both are Pantone-matched. Embroidered patches build color with raised thread, while woven patches use fine threads on a tight weave that can hold subtle blends and very small detail. If your design has gradients or tiny type, woven may reproduce the colors more precisely.
