We run embroidery ourselves. The files we punch for you are the same kind we put on our own machines, so they are built for how thread and fabric actually behave, not just how the artwork looks.
Ordered so the machine runs cleanly and stops less. A shorter, smarter path is fewer thread breaks.
Set for the fabric it is going on. Too dense puckers a polo; too light lets the garment show through.
Fabric moves under the needle. Shapes are adjusted so a circle is still a circle after it stitches out.
A cap runs bottom-up and centre-out. Fleece needs different underlay to twill. We punch for where it is going.

How much does embroidery digitizing cost?+
A standard design up to 4 inches is $15.00. Up to 7 inches is $25.00, and a jacket back is $45.00. Detailed artwork with many colours, fine lettering or shading costs more because it takes longer to punch. The full table is on this page and the price you see is the price you pay.
What does unlimited revisions actually cover?+
Everything about how the file stitches: density, underlay, pull compensation, stitch direction, colour sequence, small lettering and sizing corrections, and trim or registration fixes. No limit, no charge, no time cap. A new charge only applies if the artwork itself changes, you switch technique such as flat to 3D puff, or you resize far enough that the design has to be re-punched.
How fast is it?+
Next business day as standard, Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 6 PM US Central time start the next business day. Rush moves you to the front of the queue for an extra $12.00. If artwork is complex enough to need longer we tell you before you pay, not after.
Which file formats do I get?+
DST, PES, EXP, JEF, VP3 and EMB. Pick as many as you need at no extra charge. DST is the default because it runs on the widest range of machines.
Do you keep my artwork private?+
Yes. Artwork is stored privately and served only through short-lived links, never a public URL. That matters if you are an embroidery shop sending us a logo that belongs to your own client.
I am ordering patches from you. Do I pay for digitizing?+
No. Digitizing is free with any patch order. Converting your artwork into the stitch file the machines follow is included at no charge, with no setup fee in its place. This page is only for buying the stitch file on its own, when you are stitching it yourself.
What if my artwork is not good enough to digitize?+
We will tell you before we start rather than punching something that will not stitch well. Clean vector art is ideal, but a sharp raster image is usually fine. If it cannot be done properly we refund you.
