Custom logo patches your
brand team will sign off on.
Company logo patches for uniforms, workwear, and headwear. Your brand colors are fixed to Pantone codes and locked to a permanent record, so a reorder from a second site matches the first without another approval cycle.

Brand consistency is a supply-chain problem, not a design one.
A logo patch is not hard to make once. It is hard to make identically for six years across four suppliers, nine sites, and two people who have since left. That is where corporate patch programs actually fail, and it rarely looks like a failure at the time. Each individual reorder looks fine. It is only when a 2019 jacket stands next to a 2026 one that the drift is obvious.
The mechanism that prevents it is the design record. On first approval we write your Pantone thread codes, the finished dimensions, the border spec, the backing, and the digitized stitch file into a permanent locked record. Every later order clones it. Nobody re-interprets a logo file, nobody substitutes a thread that was easier to source, and no setup charge appears on any order. That is the Exact-Match Guarantee, and it is mechanical rather than a promise.
If your brand guidelines already specify Pantone values, send them and we match to those directly. If they only specify screen or print values, we translate to the nearest thread and put the codes on your proof so they become the documented standard. Our thread color chart shows the palette in stock.
Corporate work from our floor.
Three company patches with their actual specs. More in the patch library.

Where a company patch ends up.
Each placement pushes the spec in a different direction, which is why one order often contains more than one build.
Service and field uniforms
Shirts, polos, and coveralls that go through commercial laundry. Sew-on embroidered is the durable default here.
Heavy workwear and outerwear
Canvas jackets, hi-vis, and coveralls. Heavier fabric carries a larger embroidered patch without distorting the panel.
Caps and beanies
Keep the patch inside 3 inches wide so it sits on the front panel without wrapping the seam. The most common promotional item.
Name and role patches
Small pieces carrying a name, role, or certification level. Small type is the constraint, so woven usually wins.
Events and giveaways
Trade shows, conferences, and onboarding kits. Iron-on backing suits pieces the recipient applies themselves.
Bags, cases, and gear
Where synthetic materials and outdoor exposure make a molded PVC patch a better fit than thread.
Matching the build to the logo.
Most corporate marks are decided by one factor: how much small type sits inside them.
Embroidered for bold marks
A confident symbol and a wordmark at readable size. Raised thread reads as quality on a uniform and survives commercial laundering for years.
Woven for descriptor lines
A logo with a tagline, a certification line, or a two-tier lockup. Woven keeps the second tier legible where embroidery would fill the counters.
PVC for gear and gradients
Waterproof molded rubber for bags, cases, and outdoor equipment. The UV-printed variant is also the only build that reproduces a gradient faithfully.
The embroidered vs woven guide compares the first two in detail, and the backing guide covers what survives commercial laundry.
Size and backing by garment.
Sizes run 2 × 2, 3 × 3, 4 × 4, 5 × 5, and 7 × 7 inches, and pricing follows the finished size selected at quoting. For a non-standard shape, send the finished width and height and we confirm the right size before production. Anything larger is quoted by hand.
| Application | Size | Backing | Why |
|---|---|---|---|
| Shirt or polo chest | 2 to 3 in | Sew-on | Goes through commercial laundry. Adhesive will not survive it. |
| Jacket chest | 3 to 4 in | Sew-on | Heavier fabric carries a larger patch cleanly. |
| Cap front | 2 to 3 in | Sew-on | Stay under 3 inches wide to avoid the seam. |
| Promotional giveaway | 3 in | Iron-on | Recipient applies it themselves. +$0.15 per patch. |
| Bag or equipment | 3 to 4 in | Sew-on | PVC worth considering for outdoor exposure and wipe-clean. |

What a logo patch costs.
Per-patch price for a 3 inch embroidered patch with sew-on backing, the standard uniform build. Published rather than quoted on request.
| Quantity | 50 | 100 | 500 | 1,000 |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 3 × 3 in, sew-on | $4.20 | $3.90 | $2.90 | $2.30 |
Digitizing, included
Included in the patch price, so a uniform program pays no setup charge in year one or any year after.
50% deposit, balance on ship
Nothing is charged in full up front, and quotes hold for 30 days so a PO has time to clear.
Wholesale tier
Larger uniform programs may qualify for volume discounts and Net-30 terms. Details on the wholesale page.

What businesses ask before signing off.
Brand and procurement are different teams here. Who needs to approve?+
Whoever you decide, but it has to be one person clicking. Production starts on a single explicit approval, and that click is logged and is what locks the design record. In practice brand signs off on the Pantone codes and proportions while procurement handles quantity and terms. Send the proof to as many people as you like beforehand, because revisions are unlimited and free, but the approval itself is one action by one account.
We have twelve sites ordering independently. How do we stop the patch drifting?+
The locked design record is what prevents it. Once the first patch is approved, its Pantone codes, dimensions, border, and stitch file live in a permanent record, and every subsequent order clones that record rather than being re-quoted from whatever logo file that site happened to email. Site nine gets the same patch as site one without anyone at head office policing it, and no setup charge is added.
Our logo uses a gradient. Does that translate to a patch?+
Not directly, and this is the most common corporate artwork problem. Embroidery builds an image from solid blocks of thread and cannot render a smooth gradient. Woven handles subtle blends better but still works in discrete threads. We normally propose a two or three step approximation that keeps the logo recognizable and show it on the proof, so you can judge it before committing. If the gradient is essential to the mark, PVC with a UV-printed layer reproduces it far more faithfully.
How does payment work for a business order?+
A 50% deposit starts production and the balance is due when the order ships, so nothing is charged in full up front. Quotes hold for 30 days, which is normally long enough to get a PO through. Larger uniform programs may qualify for our wholesale tier, which carries different terms including Net-30.
We are rebranding next year. What happens to the existing patch?+
A rebrand is a new design with its own stitch file, and setting that up is included in the patch price like any other order. The old record stays locked rather than being overwritten, which matters more than people expect: sites still running down old uniform stock can reorder the previous patch to match, while new sites order the new one. Both remain reproducible.
