Why are your prices lower than other shops?+
We manufacture in our own factory rather than sub-contracting. The savings of cutting out the middleman get passed straight to you, on the same premium quality.
What's the minimum order?+
50 pieces. Below that the per-piece economics get strained for the customer, and we'd rather just be honest about that than overcharge for tiny runs.
When does the digitizing fee apply?+
Once per design, on the first order. It pays for converting your artwork into a stitch file. Every reorder of the same design after that pulls from the locked file and skips the fee entirely.
Do you offer rush?+
Yes, when capacity allows. Tell us your deadline before you pay and we'll confirm if we can hit it. Rush production runs 3-5 days for an extra 15%.
What if my design needs revisions?+
