Why are your prices lower than other shops?+
We price factory-direct, without middleman markup, and pass the savings straight to you on the same premium quality.
What's the minimum order?+
25 pieces, our Small Run tier. At 50 pieces you hit Best Value bulk pricing, and the per-piece price keeps dropping as your quantity climbs. Small Runs carry a modest per-piece premium since the setup work is the same for 25 as it is for 500.
Can I order a single patch or a sample first?+
Orders start at 25 pieces, our Small Run. You still see a real patch before the rest is made: every new design gets a Production Proof, one actual patch made and photographed for your approval. Planning a large program and want a sample in hand first? Ask us when you request a quote.
Do you charge for digitizing?+
Not on a patch order. Converting your artwork into the stitch file the machines follow is included in the per-patch price, and there is no setup charge in its place. Buying a stitch file on its own, without ordering patches, is a separate service we quote individually.
Do you offer rush?+
Need it sooner? Contact us about rush availability. Rush production and expedited shipping depend on the order, so we confirm them, and any cost, before promising a delivery date. Rush never skips your Production Proof or a quality check, and if your date is not achievable we tell you the earliest date we can realistically hit.
What if my design needs revisions?+
Digital Mockup revisions are free and unlimited. Once you approve the mockup, we make one real patch and send you photos of it, your Production Proof, and we make the rest of your order only after you approve it.
