Who we are
PANTHER PATCH is operated by Premium Kreations LLC. This policy explains what information we collect when you use pantherpatch.com or order from us, and what we do with it. Questions? Email hello@pantherpatch.com.
What we collect
- What you send us: your name, email, phone (optional), company, project details, artwork files, shipping address, notes, and any review or photos you choose to share.
- Payments: handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- How you use the site: pages visited, clicks, scrolling, device and browser, and approximate location from your IP address, collected with cookies and similar technologies.
How we use it
- To quote, design, make, ship and support your order.
- To email you about your quote, order, proof, payment, delivery and review, and to answer your questions.
- To understand how the site is used and make it better.
- To measure whether our advertising works.
We do not sell your personal information.
Tools we use
- Google Analytics and Google Ads to measure visits and ad performance.
- OpenAI ads measurement to measure visits that come from ChatGPT.
- Microsoft Clarity. We partner with Microsoft Clarity to see how visitors use our public pages, through usage statistics, heatmaps and session replays (recordings of clicks, scrolling and mouse movement). What you type into our forms is masked and is not recorded. Clarity does not record order, proof or account pages. Clarity uses first- and third-party cookies. - Stripe for payments, Resend to send our emails, and Vercel and Supabase to host the site and store order records.
Your choices
- You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site still works, though some measurement will not.
- You can opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on.
- To stop our marketing emails, use the unsubscribe link where there is one, or just email us and we will take you off the list. Emails about an order you placed are not marketing and continue while the order is open.
- To see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, email hello@pantherpatch.com.
How long we keep it
We keep order and payment records for as long as we need them to support your order, offer reorders from your saved design, and meet tax and accounting rules. A review you allowed us to show stays up until you ask us to take it down.
Children
Our site and services are for businesses and adults, not children under 13.
Changes
If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
