Patch types
Embroidered, woven, PVC and UV PVC (full-color printed PVC) are priced instantly online. Sublimated patches, specialty finishes and sizes over 7 inches are quoted by hand.
Sizes
Embroidered and woven from 2" to 7"; PVC and UV PVC from 2" to 5"; any custom shape.
Minimum order
25 pieces per design. 50 pieces or more gets Best Value pricing.

A 3" embroidered patch is $4.20 each at 50 pieces and $2.64 each at 100 pieces ($264.00 total), sew-on.
What the price includes
Digitizing and artwork setup, a Digital Mockup with unlimited Digital Mockup revisions, one physical Production Proof patch, and shipping to the 48 contiguous US states. There are no setup fees.
Backing options
Sew-on is included. Iron-on adds $0.15 a patch. Velcro (hook and loop, both sides) adds $0.55 a patch. PVC is not offered with iron-on.
Proof before production
Every new design gets a free Digital Mockup within 24 hours, then one real Production Proof patch, made and photographed for your approval in approximately a week. We make the rest only after you approve it, and we never auto-approve a proof.
Delivery time
About 4 to 5 weeks from order to your door for embroidered and woven, and 5 to 6 weeks for PVC and UV PVC, with prompt approvals. Need it sooner? Contact us about rush availability.
Payment
A 25% deposit starts orders of 50 or more (50% under 50). The balance is due after you approve your Production Proof, before the rest is made. Card checkout online.
Shipping
Free shipping to the 48 contiguous US states. Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, APO/FPO and international orders get a custom quote with shipping priced for the address.
Guarantee
If a patch isn't right because of something on our end, we remake it free or refund you in full.
Reorders
Your approved design is saved, so a reorder starts from it with no setup to redo, and it can skip the Production Proof.
Non-profit discount
A standing 10% discount for verified non-profits and faith organizations (501(c)(3) or EIN), applied by request.

Instant prices run up to 500 pieces. For larger runs, request a quote and we reply within 4 hours.
